  • 4 ripe pears, grated
  • 4 pieces stem ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 300 ml apple juice
  • 12 tbsp dairy-free coconut yoghurt
  • Apple & Honey-Nut Bircher Muesli:
  • 120 g gluten-free rolled oats
  • 4 apples, grated
  • 8 whole walnuts, chopped
  • 4 tbsp raisins
  • 340 g dairy-free coconut yoghurt
  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp runny honey
