  • 920 ml rice milk or light coconut milk
  • 200 ml full fat coconut milk
  • 50 grams granulated sugar
  • 50 grams dairy-free spread eg Vitalite or Stork block Margarine
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg or to taste

  • Bake in a preheated oven at gas 2 / 150C / 300°F for 2.5 - 3 hours or until the top is golden brown
