  • 115 grams dairy-free spread / butter, I use vitalite sunflower spread
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 200 ml chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp dry white wine
  • 120 ml coconut cream
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • salt & pepper
  • 750 grams uncooked king prawns
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • Put the butter and garlic in a pan and melt the butter down. Add the cornstarch and stir together then remove from heat

  • Add the chicken stock, cream and wine and combine. Return the pan to the heat and stir until the sauce thickens
