  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp low-sodium salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 pinch chilli powder
  • 360 ml sparkling (carbonated) water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • Snip a 1cm wide end and pipe wiggly lines, spaced evenly apart along each baking sheet, then bake for 18 - 22 minutes or until done
