  • 1 kg carrots
  • 1 fresh black pepper
  • 2 tsp chopped tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp low-sodium salt
  • 2 tbsp cornflour / corn starch or starch of choice
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil or use spray oil

  • Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400°F
