  • 20 grams dessicated coconut
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp honey, maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 6 tbsp nut or seed butter (peanut butter, sunbutter etc, I have a recipe for sunflower seed butter posted)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional extras
  • 6 tbsp chopped nuts, seeds, choc chips, dried fruits etc
