  • Put the cooled rice into a blender or coffee grinder and grind it into a fine crumb consistency
  • Step 6
  • Store in a glass jar with a lid in a cool dark place or in the fridge
  • Step 7
  • Use in place of breadcrumbs in any recipe requiring them such as meatloaf, breaded fish fillets or chicken strips, stuffed mushrooms, a crust for a roast, stuffing etc
