Ingredients: Vickys Sparkling Peach Tea, Gluten-Free

  • 500 ml hot water, just boiled
  • 3 teabags
  • 4 large ripe peaches, peeled & pitted
  • 1 juice of a lime, 2 tbsp
  • 700 ml gluten-free ginger ale
  • 240 ml sparkling/carbonated water
  • 1 agave nectar, syrup or honey to taste

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Vickys Sparkling Peach Tea, Gluten-Free in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add the teabags to the freshly boiled water and let steep for around 20 minutes. Remove teabags and let tea cool completely
  • Step 2
  • Put the peaches and sparkling water in a blender and puree. You can strain this if you like or leave it a bit pulpy if you prefer
  • Step 3
  • In a large jug or bowl mix together the tea, peach puree, lime juice and ginger ale and sweeten to taste
  • Step 4
  • Chill before serving. Makes just over 2 litres
