  • 80 ml pure olive oil
  • 240 ml maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • Cool well on a wire rack and decorate as desired! For the cover picture I used ready roll fondant and used gel food colouring to make halloweeny colours. The toppers are halloween rings I got out of a halloween loot bag
  • Step 7
  • If you exchange the cinnamon and nutmeg for mixed spice these are great for Christmas!
