  • Sweet Chilli Glaze
  • 8 tbsp Thai Sweet Chilli dipping sauce, see my recipe link below
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce, see my gluten-free recipe link below
  • 2 tbsp soft brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dried chopped coriander leaf
  • 1/2 tsp dried chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)

  • Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400°F and line a baking tray with foil

  • Step 4
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then turn over, spoon over the rest of the glaze and bake a further 20 minutes
