  • 6 ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar plus extra to taste
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 170 grams plain yogurt - coconut works well, I use homemade from my coconut yogurt recipe or from Vances DariFree powder, see my profile (vic20adamant) for that recipe too

  • Halve and remove stone from avocados, scoop out flesh and roughly chop

  • Put into a blender with other ingredients

  • Scrape down sides as required. If too hard to blend add another spoon of yogurt to loosen the mixture
