  • 4 onions, peeled

  • 3 sprigs of fresh thyme, leaves only, chopped
  • 50 grams grated cheese, I use Redwood brand Cheesly no-soy vegan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 slice gluten-free bread (thick) made into crumbs

  • Bring a large pan of water to boil and boil the onions for 15 minutes until softening
