  • 6 cup water

  • 3 packages flat rice noodle
  • 100 grams beef
  • 5 tsp corn starch
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 2 fresh lime
  • 1 small chili
  • 1 packages bean sprouts

    Step 1
  • soften rice noodle and set aside in servibg bowl
  • Step 2
  • marinate beef with corn starch and fish sauce set aside
  • Step 3
  • deep fried all spices until golden brown, add water bring to boil

  • Step 5
  • boil bean sprout in soup for 30 seconds
  • Step 6
  • boil marinated beef with soup
  • Step 7
