  • 1 1/4 lb bok choy
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder

How to Make Walnut Bok choy

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Walnut Bok choy in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Wash your bok choy with mild soap and water leaves and stems. Then dry them
  • Step 2
  • Heat oil in a pan or wok. Chop the bok choy into thirds. Add to oil. Add garlic, onion powder, and salt. Stifry till green leaves are wilted.
  • Step 3
  • Add walnuts stirfry on high heat 3 minutes. Stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Serve hope you enjoy!
