  • 1 heaping teaspoon Wasabi
  • 4 leaves Shiso leaves
  • 2 rice bowls-worth Plain cooked rice
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 6 slice Baked seaweed or flavored seaweed

How to Make Wasabi and Shiso Rice Balls

    Step 1
  • Dissolve the wasabi in the soy sauce (tube wasabi is also OK), and put the piping hot rice in a mixing bowl.
  • Step 2

  • Finely shred the shiso leaves, and add to the ingredients from Step 2.
  • Step 4
  • Mix the ingredients together from Step 3, wet your hands with water (or salted water), and make the rice balls.
