  • 1 head Cauliflower florets
  • 2 cup Reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Organic Ghee Butter
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onions
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Unbleached flour or any organic flour of choice

How to Make Watercress Cauliflower Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Watercress Cauliflower Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Melt butter in medium saucepan and chopped onions until tender and translucent (about 3 minutes)
  • Step 2
  • Add flour to onion and mix (about a minute)

  • Add salt and pepper to taste and blend until smooth.
