  • 40 grams Peach or nectarine (cut into 1 cm cubes)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon or lime juice
  • <Vinaigrette Dressing>
  • 2 tbsp ♦ Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ♦ White wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp ♦ Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp ♦ Shallots or onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove ♦ Garlic (grated)
  • 1/8 tsp ♦ Salt
  • 1 dash ♦ Black pepper
  • <Topping: Optional>
  • 2 tbsp Pine nuts (or sliced almonds, pistachio, walnuts)
  • 10 small olives (pitted)
  • 10 Cape gooseberries/ground cherries (optional)
  • 1 dash Basil leaves (finely chopped)

How to Make Watermelon, Peach, Tomato, and Feta Cheese Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Watermelon, Peach, Tomato, and Feta Cheese Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chill the watermelon, peach and tomatoes in the fridge. Roast the pine nuts.
  • Step 2
