Ingredients: Watermelon Salad

  • 2 envelope inflavored gelatin
  • 2 cup watermelon juice
  • 1 1/2 cup white grape fruit juice
  • 1 tbsp Shredded lemon peel
  • 1 1/2 cup assorted chopped fruit
  • 1 cup Shredded Feta cheese
  • 2 mint leaves

How to Make Watermelon Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Watermelon Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • in a sauce pan sprinkle gelatin over watermelon juice & let stand for 5 mins.
  • Step 2
  • cook & stir til dissolved . stir in grape juice & lemon peel
  • Step 3
  • add half the watermelon juice to the 2 qt square baking dish .. add fruit & cover . frig it for 1 1/2hrs
  • Step 4
  • once kinda firm add remaining juice .. (you keep other half @ room temp).
  • Step 5
  • then frig all ..cover .. serve 5 hrs later for best results
  • Step 6
  • cut into squares & add feta cheese on top& serve.
