  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 hass avocado, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • On a greased baking tray, place portobello mushrooms, stalk facing up.
