  • 1 cup Double Cream
  • 1 packages Puff Pastry
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 bunch strawberries

How to Make Whipped Puffs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Whipped Puffs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Defrost Puff pastry and roll out thin.
  • Step 2
  • Cut using cutters or edge of cup to make small round shape pastry pieces.
  • Step 3
  • Put these pastry pieces in the oven at 180°F Celsius for approximately 15-20 mins.
  • Step 4
  • Whip the double cream with the sugar and refrigerate for 30 mins or more.
  • Step 5
  • Once pastries have risen and turned slightly golden brown, leave to cool (DON'T PUT CREAM ON HOT PASTRIES AS THE CREAM WILL MELT)
  • Step 6
  • Pipe or spoon the whipped cream on to the cooled pastries and pop a strawberry on top... TA DAAAA!!!
