  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 1/3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Amaretto
  • 1 tsp vanilla

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make White and Dark Cookies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C. Cream butter with sugar.
  • Step 2
  • Add eggs, liqueur and vanilla.
  • Step 3
  • Mix flour, salt & baking soda in a separate bowl.
  • Step 4
  • Set mixer to low, add flour mixture slowly (1/4 - 1/2 cup at a time) until fully incorporated
  • Step 5
  • Add chips & nuts and mix

  • Bake for 8 - 10 minutes (do not overbake!) They will come out soft and a little gooey so let them cool on the pan for at least 10 minutes. Transfer to wire rack and finish cooling
