  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tbsp warm water
  • 8 oz whipped topping

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Step 2

  • Step 6
  • Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • Step 7
  • To prepare frosting: dissolve coffee in water. Then fold into whipped topping. Then spread on completely cooled cake. Now ready to serve.
