  • 1 cup milk

  • 200 grams berries, fresh or frozen

  • Preheat oven to 190°C.

  • Spoon mixture into prepared muffin pans. It should make 12-14 large muffins.
  • Step 6
  • Bake for 25 minutes. To test, press the middle of the muffins lightly; it should spring back. Cool on a wire rack.
