  • 40 grams White chocolate
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 20 grams Sugar
  • 1 Egg (Large)
  • 20 ml Milk
  • 20 grams White flour
  • 5 grams Green tea (non-sweetened)
  • 10 grams Skim milk (if you don't have, add 10 g granulated powder)

    Step 1
  • Leave the butter and egg out at room temperature. Mince the chocolate. Combine the flour and matcha and set aside. Cover the pan with a baking sheet.
  • Step 2
  • Use a hand mixer to whip the softened butter into cream. Add the sugar and skim milk and mix well.
  • Step 3
  • In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Add milk and mix.
  • Step 4
  • Add Step 3 to 2. Add the beaten egg in 3 portions, mixing with a hand mixer each time.
  • Step 5
  • Once it becomes white and fluffy, sift in the dry ingredients from Step 1. Use a rubber spatula to mix until no longer powdery. Preheat your oven to 170℃.
  • Step 6
  • Pour into the pan, rap the bottom of the pan on a surface to release air bubbles. Bake in the preheated oven at 170℃ for 30 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • Once it's baked, remove from the pan, peel off the paper, and cool on a rack. Once it has cooled, sprinkle whatever powdered ingredients you prefer.
