  • 50 grams butter
  • 2 tbsp self raising flour or plain flour
  • 1 tbsp silky tofu (egg substitute )
  • 1 tbsp almond bits or slice

  • 1 tbsp almond slice and grated white toblerone chocolate

    Step 1
  • butter and flour ramekin
  • Step 2
  • melt white chocolate and butter with flour then add silky tofu and almond mix well till smooth then pour into the ramekin and bake
  • Step 3
  • baked at 220 C / 440°F for 12 to 15 minute , cover with foil after 5 minute if the top is browning too quickly
  • Step 4
  • let it cool minimum 3 to 5 minute then serve top grated white chocolate and almond slice
