  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 1/2 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms (optional)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make White Wine Garlic Alfredo Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In medium sauce pan heat heavy whipping cream over medium heat, stirring occasionally. (DO NOT LET BOIL) Depending on your stove heat for 5-15 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Add pressed garlic.
  • Step 3
  • Slowly add parmesan cheese, stirring constantly.
  • Step 4
  • Slowly add white wine, still constantly stirring. Salt and pepper to taste, and add mushrooms.
  • Step 5
  • Reduce heat, stir until thickened.
  • Step 6
  • I add about 1 lb of chicken to mine, and serve over fettuccine.
