  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1/2 cup Shields Date Crystals
  • 1 cup Mrs. Butterworth's
  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 2 each Eggs
  • 1 each Banana, mashed

    Step 1
  • Combine dry ingredients.
  • Step 2
  • Melt butter with date crystals. Crystals will not dissolve, but will soften. Stir in syrup.

  • Stir butter mixture into dry ingredients.

  • Beat together evaporated milk, vanilla and eggs. Beat into main mixture.

  • Fold in banana. Mix well.

  • Step 8
  • Bake for about 20 minutes. Muffins are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
