  • 1 tsp ◉Salt
  • 1 tsp ◉Baking powder
  • 1 tsp ◉Baking soda
  • 50 grams Sakekasu (sake lees)
  • 200 ml Water
  • 100 grams Boiled adzuki beans (non-sweetened)

  • Microwave the sakekasu and water together to soften. Mix together well.
