  • Preheat oven 350°
  • Step 2
  • Spray glass casserole dish with non stick spray and place the dish in the oven to warm up

  • Whisk eggs together in a bowl and add garlic salt, salt, and pepper

  • Place cooked bacon on cutting board and chop into fine bits
  • Step 13
  • Add chopped bacon to the eggs and mix them together
  • Step 14
  • Pour the egg and bacon mixture into the casserole dish with the potatoes
  • Step 15
  • Cook in oven for 15-20 mins or until eggs are fluffy
  • Step 16
  • If you choose to use cheese, shred cheese and sprinkle it on top of the eggs 2 min before the cook time is up to melt
  • Step 17
  • Let cool for 5-8 min and ENJOY
