    Step 1
  • Sprinkle the ★ gelatin into the ★ water and leave to let the gelatin soften. If you microwave (600 W) for 20 seconds, the gelatin will dissolve completely.
  • Step 2
  • Put tea leaves in a pot, add 300 ml of boiling water, and steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Put sugar in a bowl and pour in the tea. When the sugar has dissolved, add the gelatin and stir well to dissolve.
  • Step 4
  • When the gelatin has completely dissolved, float the bowl over a larger bowl filled with ice water, and cool down while stirring occasionally.
  • Step 5
  • When it's cooled down, chill until set in the refrigerator.
  • Step 6
  • It's also delicious and rich served with cream.
