  • 4 onion
  • 500 grams wurstel (or sausages)
  • 4 tbsp margarine
  • 1 can Champignons
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 250 ml heavy cream (or Joghurt)
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper

How to Make Wurstgulasch

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Wurstgulasch in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Peel the onions and cut them into cubes.
  • Step 2
  • Cut the wurstel into stripes
  • Step 3
  • Put the margarine into a pan and heat
  • Step 4
  • Add the onions and the wurstel until they are golden brown
  • Step 5
  • Add the Champignons drained (keep the water aside)
  • Step 6
  • Add the Champignons water, salt,pepper and mustard and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • Mix the flour with the cream and add it to the pan. Fertig!!
