Ingredients: Xa Xiu (vegetarian ham)

  • 1/2 stick vegetarian ham
  • 2-3 Tbsp Oil to fry
  • 1 package xa xiu seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp ground pepper (optional)

How to Make Xa Xiu (vegetarian ham)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Xa Xiu (vegetarian ham) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice ham stick round, then cut slice in thirds.
  • Step 2
  • Fry cut ham until rim of ham slightly brown. Light oil, 2-3 tbs oil.
  • Step 3
  • In bowl, add half to 3/4 package of xa xiu seasoning, 1 tbsp oil, and half a cup of water. Optional..Add ground pepper. Mix well and add to ham in frying pan. Mix the seasoning to coat all the ham. When sauce reduced to barely any left, remove from pan. Done.
