  • 1 pack Yakisoba noodles
  • 1 medium Potato
  • 1/2 small Onion
  • 2 slice Bacon
  • 1 Okonomiyaki sauce
  • 1 dash Vegetable oil

How to Make Yakisoba Noodles with Potatoes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Yakisoba Noodles with Potatoes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the potato into 3 mm wide matchsticks. Place in a bowl of cold water. Slice the onion thinly, and cut the bacon into small strips.
  • Step 2
  • Drain the potato well. Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir fry the bacon and onion. When the onion has wilted add the potato and keep stir frying.
  • Step 3
  • When the potatoes are still a bit hard, add the yakisoba noodles with 60 ml of water, and stir-fry while untangling the noodles.
  • Step 4
  • Add some okonomiyaki sauce or the seasoning packet that came with the yakisoba noodles to season. Done!
