  • 480 grams Chicken fillet
  • 1 Wooden skewers
  • 1 green pepper
  • 12 little onions
  • 1 Yakitori sauce prepared
  • Handmade Yakitori sauce:
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Miri wine (Rice Wine)

How to Make Yakitori Chicken Brochette

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Yakitori Chicken Brochette in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the chicken and the pepper into pieces.
  • Step 2
  • Put the chicken meat, the pepper and the little onions in a bowl with the yakitori sauce (if you don't use the prepared sauce, mix the ingredients to create yakitori sauce). Cover whit plastic wrap and leave 40min. in the fridge.
  • Step 3
  • Skewering the meat and vegetables.
  • Step 4
  • Put a crumpled aluminium foil in a baking tray and place the skewers.
  • Step 5
  • Preheat the oven. Then, bake 13min., flip and bake another 13min. (200°C)
  • Step 6
  • Put the bake skewers on the plate and pour the remaining sauce.
