  • 1/2 tbsp ●Oyster sauce
  • 3 thin slices Garlic

How to Make Yakitori-Style Chicken Tenders

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Yakitori-Style Chicken Tenders in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Spread a generous amount of vegetable oil out in a frying pan and place the katakuriko-coated chicken tenders. Cook on high heat until golden brown.
  • Step 2

  • Step 4

  • Wipe excess oil in the frying pan with a paper towel, and add the sauce you made in Step 2, the garlic and turn on the heat again.
  • Step 6
  • Turn up to high heat and once the sauce comes to a boil, it's done (be careful not to burn it). Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
