  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 almost a cup of water( u may use less so add slowly
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • kneading the dough
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 oil/ghee for brushing dough
  • 1 a little flour for rolling the dough balls
  • cooking the naan
  • 1 sprinkle with a little water

    Step 1
  • Mix all dry ingredients together ,add wet ingredients to create a smooth dough

  • Cover and set aside for ten minutes.
  • Step 3
  • After 10 minutes knead in oil and then separate into small dough balls ,again Cover and rest for 10 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Take each dough ball on a lightly floured surface and roll out to desired shape and size.
  • Step 5
  • Heat cast iron griddle pan on one side of naan sprinkle with a little water and cook water side down until dough bubbles and gets a golden colour,turn over and finish cooking on opposite sides.
  • Step 6
  • Once cooked brush with ghee and serve with Ur favourite curry.
