  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt

  • Heat the oil on medium heat. Add onions. Fry for 2-3 minutes until the onions have softened.

  • Yellow Potato Curry is best served warm with soft roti or rice. Also, you can use it as a samoosa filling.
