  • 1 or 2 jalapenos, ....i used 1 red & 1 green

  • 1 dash sea salt, optional

  • Chop onion, tomatoes, peppers in to coarse bits for pico de gallo

  • Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours or over night to let flavors blend.
  • Step 6

  • May be stored in covered container in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days
