  • 3 Yellowtail fillets
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 1/2 stalk Japanese leek, minced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 Scallion, thinly sliced

    Step 1
  • Halve the yellowtail fillets. Heat sesame oil in a pan and add the fillets. When both sides are golden brown and cooked through, transfer the fillets to a serving plate.
