  • 200 grams Plain yogurt
  • 1 small can Mixed canned fruits
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Kiwi
  • 1/8 Apple
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Honey (to taste)

    Step 1
  • Put a sieve or strainer on top of a bowl, line with a paper towel sheet and spoon in the yogurt. Leave to drain for at least 5 hours.
  • Step 2
  • This is how it looks after 5 hours. The yogurt is in one creamy mass and comes off the paper towel cleanly.
  • Step 3
  • Drain the can of fruits into a sieve and cut up the banana, kiwi and apple into easy to eat pieces.
  • Step 4
  • Put the drained yogurt, lemon juice and fruit into a large bowl and mix with a spoon. Add some honey to taste and it's done.
