  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Butter

How to Make Yorkshire Pudding

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Yorkshire Pudding in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Step 2
  • Mix ingredients in a medium size bowl or mixer.
  • Step 3
  • (Adjust to desire) Distribute about 1/2 teaspoon of butter per cup in a x12 muffin tin. Then preheat tin in oven melting the butter for approximately 3 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • (Adjust to desire) Distribute approximately 1/3 of batter into each cup and place in preheated oven at 375°(190°C) for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) for an additional 25 minutes or until golden.
