  • 5 cm Japanese green onion (negi)
  • 1 Red chili peppers (sliced into rounds)

    Step 1
  • Cut the chicken breast in half, and put several shallow cuts in the meat.
  • Step 2
  • Flavor the chicken with the sake and soy sauce.
  • Step 3
  • Wash the vegetables and drain. I used lettuce, radish sprouts and tomatoes this time.
