  • 1 tsp ●Honey
  • 1 Katakuriko (for coating)
  • 1 Frying oil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 14 steps you must follow to make Yu Lin Chi - Awesome Chinese Fried Chicken with Sweet and Sour Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Finely chop the Japanese leek and mince the garlic. Mince the garlic as small as possible.
