  • 4 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 Cups Old fashioned oats
  • 2 tsp baking powder

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°. Line a muffin tin with paper or foil muffin liners. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved.
