  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 8 to 10 Brussels sprouts
  • 1 can Canned tuna
  • 3 tbsp ◎ Olive oil
  • 1 tsp ◎ Yuzu pepper paste
  • 1 Black pepper (coasely ground)
  • 1 Salt

    Step 1
  • Boil water in a pot. Cut the brussels sprouts in half lengthwise. Drain the canned tuna well. Once the water boils, add salt and cook pasta.
  • Step 2
  • Add ◎ into a frying pan, and evenly distribute the yuzu pepper in oil. Once heated, place the cut parts of the brussels sprouts cut-side down and cook.
  • Step 3
  • Once they start to brown, flip them over, and combine well with the tuna.
  • Step 4
  • Add about 30 ml of pasta water and cooked pasta into the frying pan and mix. Adjust taste with salt and black pepper. It's done.
  • Step 5
