  • 1/4 cup Dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup Chicken stock
  • 1/2 tsp Instant chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Thyme
  • 2 each Bay leaf
  • 1/3 cup Heavy cream
  • dash Lemon zest
