  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 tsp crushed chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 24 mini slider buns
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make Zesty Meatball Sliders

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Zesty Meatball Sliders in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix the ingredients for the ground beef in a bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Form 24 golf ball size (or slightly larger)meatballs and lay them on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • Step 3
  • Cook meatballs in the oven for 30 min, flipping them 1/2 way through the cooking time.
  • Step 4
  • In a pot, add your whole plum tomatoes (tomato juice included) with your seasoning, and crush up the tomatoes using a masher or an electric hand blender. Bring to boil then reduce heat.
  • Step 5
  • Add the cooked meatballs into the pot of sauce and let sit for 20 min.
  • Step 6
  • Assemble the sliders by placing meatball on bun, shredded cheese, a little more sauce and fresh parsley (optional) ENJOY!
