  • 4 zucchini run through a spiralizer
  • 1 jar of pasta sauce(remove 1 cup, reserve for another use)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • In a large pot of lightly salted water, add zoodles and cook until tender. Roughly 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • While zoodles are cooking add sauce, milk, garlic, Italian seasoning, and only 1/2 Parmesan cheese to a pot. Mix well and add meatballs. Heat on medium until meatballs are heated through.
  • Step 3
  • Drain zoodles very well and add to a serving bowl. Ladle sauce on and place meatballs on top. Sprinkle with reserved parmesan cheese.
