  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cup finely grated zucchini, fluids rung out
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • glaze
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/3 cup icing sugar

How to Make Zucchini brownie

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Zucchini brownie in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350. lightly oil 9x13 pan and dust with cocoa powder
  • Step 2
  • Melt oil, chocolate chips and cocoa together in sauce pan over medium heat
  • Step 3
  • Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla and Zucchini
  • Step 4
  • Stir in dry ingredients then pour into prepared pan
  • Step 5
  • Bake 40-45 min or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean
  • Step 6
  • While brownies baking prepare glaze in sauce pan. melt together butter, chocolate chips, milk and cocoa. Remove from heat Whisk in vanilla and icing sugar
  • Step 7
  • Pour glaze over baked brownies upon removal from oven. Cool 10 min. Serve warm
