  • 1/2 cup lentils
  • 675 ml tomato sauce
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 3 tbsp Italian spice blend
  • 4 tsp parmesan cheese
